About this course
Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/100 was adopted on 15 January 2026 and becomes applicable on 7 August 2026. It rewrites three load-bearing channels of Reg (EU) No 1321/2014: (i) the occurrence-reporting regime in M.A.202 / ML.A.202, realigned with Reg (EU) 376/2014, including its pre-existing 72-hour reporting clock; (ii) the airworthiness review architecture in M.A.901 - 907 / ML.A.901 - 907, with the term 'controlled environment' removed, ARC issuance conditions consolidated in M.A.901, the review process moved into a dedicated M.A.903, airworthiness review staff qualifications into M.A.904, new procedures for transfers between Member States (M.A.905), imports from third countries (M.A.906) and a stand-alone Findings chapter (M.A.907); and (iii) parallel changes to Reg (EU) 748/2012 on the issuance of certificates of airworthiness. This course walks each amended point against the Regulation text, rebuilds the affected CAME Part 1 (continuing-airworthiness management procedures, including the internal occurrence-reporting procedure under CAMO.A.160) and CAME Part 4 (airworthiness review procedures), with cross-reference patches in CAME Part 2 (management system procedures), and parallel changes to CAE Part B / Part D / Part E for CAOs, maps the consequential changes to CAMO.A.125, CAMO.A.160, CAMO.A.220, CAMO.A.300, CAMO.A.310 and CAMO.A.320 (and the CAO equivalents), updates the EASA Form 15(a) / 15(b) / 15(c) issuance flow under the amended Appendix III to Part-M and Appendix IV to Part-ML, and rehearses the national competent-authority lead-time for CAME / CAE re-issue (typical national submission window: weeks ahead of the 7 August 2026 EU applicability date). Built for NPCA, CAM staff, airworthiness review staff (ARS), CAO airworthiness managers, compliance monitoring managers and Part-145 interface owners. Closes with an inspector-style rehearsal bank and a 30-item server-graded final exam at 80% pass.
