About this course

This refresher closes the gap most CAMO, Part-M and Part-ML organisations carry between the regulation as it was on their last training day and the regulation as the inspector reads it today. It walks the consolidated text of Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 as amended by 2019/1383, 2020/270, 2021/700, 2023/989 and 2026/100, including Annex I (Part-M), Annex Vb (Part-ML), Annex Vc (Part-CAMO) and Annex Vd (Part-CAO); overlays Part-IS (Reg. 2023/203) on the CAMO management system; and rehearses the airworthiness review (M.A.901 and the ML.A.901 - 904 light-aircraft pathway, including the (EU) 2026/100 changes to the airworthiness review process and ARC), AMP and Part-ML AMP/MIP escalation, contracted Part-145 and ML.A.502 component control, sub-contracted ARS interface, and findings/CAPA loop that the authority actually tests. CAME chapter references throughout the course follow the layout in AMC1 CAMO.A.300. Built for CAM staff, airworthiness review staff, NPCA post-holders, CAO Airworthiness Managers and CAMO compliance monitoring auditors. Closes with a 25-question inspector-style rehearsal bank and a 30-item server-graded final exam at 80% pass.
